Unique Wind Chimes

Recently, I found some unique wind chimes that mesmerized me with color and shape. I wasn't too surprised when I found they were artisan-made.

When I think of wind chimes, I most often think of the sound. Tiny tones ringing in the garden can bring an added dimension -- like a fountain.

There's just something extra special when you can bring an art piece into your garden space. It cultivates that feeling of special-ness -- that sacred space feeling that I love.

Now, the wind chimes that I found -- every time I see them, I think -- you've just got to see it to believe it. They're beautiful! So often things are mass-produced.

Too many times those mass-produced things don't seem to give a thought to design or shape.

As a designer, I'm pretty picky about what I want to see in a garden. When I look at something, I want to see that all the details are just as beautiful as my first impression.

So, what is 'it' about these wind chimes?

The colors.

They make me want to take the wind chime in my hands. Funny? Maybe, but I'm crazy over garden spaces.

Someone obviously took the time to make these pieces special. The lines, the shapes, the colors -- beautiful.

I could even see 3 or 4 of these lined up in a porch space -- everyone would comment, I'm sure. What a treat.

You could even hang them indoors near a window to catch the light.

These small wind chimes will make a big impact.

Make sure you place them somewhere that doesn't get too much wind (lots of clashing might break them). Gentle breezes are best. These are artist-created pieces that you'll be able to enjoy for years.

Why should unique wind chimes be in your garden? It's your signature.
